Construction

Installation of the Water Pump

1	When the installation is carried out, first check the pump body and confirm that there is no sundries.
2	Place the machine group of the water pumps on the foundation, insert iron cushion between the foundation surface and bottom surface of the base and let the water pump reach the designed levelness and elevation by adjusting the thickness of the iron cushion; increase the stability of the water pump and provide convenience for the second grouting.
3	The surface of the iron cushion must be level, the iron cushion number of each group is generally no less than 3 to 4 pieces, thick iron cushions are placed on the lower layers, the thickest one shall be clipped in the middle, and the iron cushions of the same group must be kept in order.
4	Embed the foundation bolt into the reserved hole on the foundation, check again if its direction precision is accurate, then grout adequate mortar into the space between the base and foundation concrete so as to form the structural parts of the concrete.
5	For the breakdown of the mortar, No. 400 cement matches 1:2 ~ 1:3 sand appears commonly.
6	When the water pump is installed on the vibration isolating materials such as vibration insulator or vibration isolating pad, the vibration isolating materials shall be arranged with the position of center of gravity that passes the water pump machine group as the center.
