Application:

1 The Axial flow submersible electric pump applies to the condition of low lift head, high flow-rate; while the mixed-flow submersible electric pump is very efficient with high performance of cavitation erosion
2 It is applicable for the occasion where the water level changes greatly and the requirement to the lift head is high.
3 The conveyance medium is untreated water or lightly polluted water. The highest temperature of the conveyed resolution is 40oC.

 

Features:

1 Due to the electric motor is combined with the hydraulic pump, the assembly procedure is no longer necessary for lining up axis of electric motor, transmission mechanism and hydraulic pump on site
2 Convenient operation, and easy to realize remote control and automatic control.
3 Low noise, no high temperature in pump station, improving the operational environment and underground pump station can be built according to the requirement; as a result, the environment scene on the ground can be maintained.

Description of the structure of submersible motor:

The main feature of the YQGN submersible motor is to adopt double seals technology, namely dynamic seal and static seal. The static seal is used in each stationary fitting surface and cable entry end. The oil-proof O-shape rubber sealing ring is used for the fitting surface together with the non-drying sealant. The cable cores and copper cores are all treated with special sealing techniques to prevent water seepage inside the motor due to the break of cable sheath. The YCW cable is used as the dynamic cable.

The insulation class of the stator winding of submersible motor is F, and the moisture-proof insulation treatment measure is adopted. There is a special hole on the top of the submersible motor for ex-factory gas tight test. The gas tight test must be carried out when the products are leaving the factory, and there shouldn't be any leakage.

 

Start up:

1. Electric control; tank, situ control line box and submersible electric pump should be connected correctly and reliably.

2. Before the commissioning, no-load operation of the test switch cabinet should be performed for three times, which is not connected to submersible pump. and check whether the analog actions of all the internal preotective devices are right.

3. The operation can be carried out either on situ control line box or on control cabinet.

4. Gate valve should be opened maximum if there is a gate valve in drainage system, otherwise it will result in difficult start up and super power. Start uo under closed gate valve is absolutely forbidden.

5. The equipment is allowed to start up 10 times per hour, in order to prevent frequent operation, time-delay circuit must be set up into switch cabinet. The pump can't be restarted until 6 minutes have passed after stopping and the green light on back board of switch cabinet is on.

6. Stop pump manually after 10 minutes of first startup and check electric parts and mechanical parts for any abnormality. The debugging of startup is completed.
