Type Description:
Structure & function:
The parts designed for the submersible mixer can allow the mixer to obtain optimum performance.
P.S. MA0.85/8 ,MA1.5/6,MA0.85/8 and MA1.5/6 mixer don’t have thermo-switches and leakage protectors.
- Electrical cable inlet:Use watertight cable at the cable inlet.
- Junction box:The junction box is entirely enclosed and separated from the environmental liquid and the stator bore.
- Electrical motor: The motor of the submersible mixer is a three phase squirrel cage asynchronous machine, with protection degree of IP68, and insulation degree of F(155). Continuous service of the submersible motor is allowed, and it cannot be started up over 10 times in an hour.
- Impeller: The impeller contains three vanes, which are wide and thin, the surface is smooth, and the type is sweepback. This design ensures high efficiency and non-block running.
- Impeller guide bossing: Guide bossing can improve efficiency and control the jet direction.
- Install elevator system: This system contains a guide rail system and hoisting system.
