Operation:

1. Test run
1) Before startup, competent professional personnel should inspect the whole system, to ensure it
conforming to requirements of relevant specifications. Connect the motor cable with power source
correctly.
2) In case of first commissioning, whether rotation direction of the impeller is correct or not should be
checked. The method is as follows: hang the low speed flow propeller on square guide bar, and
switch on power supply; seen in the direction from the impeller to the motor, the impeller should
rotate clockwise. If rotation direction is not correct, two phases of power cable should be changed. If
several flow propellers are connected with the same control cabinet, rotation direction of every flow
propeller should be checked individually.

Attention: During the check of rotation direction, rotating impeller should be guaranteed not to hurt
working personnel, and access to rotating impeller is not allowed.

2. Operation
1) After normal test run, the power should be cut off.
2) Put the flow propeller along square guide bar into the water, and guarantee its installation in correct
position. Switch on power supply to start operation and check whether it is normal.

Features:

1	The shaft of the motor employs the stainless steel, and the rotors are inspected with the use of dynamic balancing, leading to smooth rotation.
2	The in-built leakage sensor and the device for the over temperature protection for the windings of the stator.
3	The mixer agitators have the stainless steel pressing impeller, which are of the sweptback shape through the optimized design, resulted in high efficiency and self-cleaning function.
4	The installation systems may employ the material of stainless steel or carbon steel for the selection of the corrosion-resisting.

Transportation and storage:

1. During transportation and storage of low speed flow propeller, it should be placed horizontally or
vertically to ensure that the propeller does not roll about or fall down.
2. In case of lifting of low speed flow propeller, lifting equipment must be used; lifting with motor cable
is prohibited.
3. Moisture and high temperature must be prohibited during long term storage of flow propeller.
4. The impeller should be rotated by hand regularly to avoid adhering of seal ring. In case the storage
time of low speed flow propeller exceeds six months, low speed flow propeller must be rotated
forcefully.
5. After long time storage of low speed flow propeller, it must be checked before use. Special attention
must be paid to seal pieces (mechanical seal and O ring) and cable inlet.
6. After installation, low speed flow propeller can not be submerged in water without operation for long
time. It is recommended that it should be made run for at least 4 hours every half an month in order
to check its function and adaptability, or be pulled out and placed in dry position for standby use.
