Features:

Type Description:
Structure and function:
The parts designed for the submersible mixer can allow the mixer to obtain optimum performance.
Note: MA0.85/8 ,MA1.5/6,MA0.85/8 and MA1.5/6 mixer don’t have thermo-switches and leakage protectors.
- Electrical cable inlet:Use watertight cable at the cable inlet.
- Junction box:The junction box is entirely enclosed and separated from the environmental liquid and the stator bore.
- Electrical motor: The motor of the submersible mixer is a three phase squirrel cage asynchronous machine, with protection degree of IP68, and insulation degree of F(155). Continuous service of the submersible motor is allowed, and it cannot be started up over 10 times in an hour.
- Bearing: motor shaft is supported by double-row angular contact ball bearing and deep groove ball bearing.
- Shaft sealing: two Mechanical seals contained.
- Oil chamber: The oil is used for lubrication and cooling as well as separating penetrating fluid.
