Submersible Hyperboloid Propeller Mixer For Wastewater Treament Plant High Efficiency

Application:

Hyperboloid mixers are widely applied in environmental protection, chemistry, energy and light industry where the solid, liquid and gas are interflowing, especially in the sewage treatment process of coagulative precipitation tank, equalization pond, anaerobic pond, nitration pond, and denitrifying pond.If the mixer is dry type installation, it's especial suit for the environment with high temperature, high concentration and corrosive liquid.

Construction:

The MH hyperboloid mixer is composed of transmission part, impeller, base and hoisting system.

Hyperboloid agitator can be divided into dry-type and submersible-type according to the installation mode.

1. Dry-type hyperboloid agitator is composed by motor and speed reducer, shock-absorbing seat, stirring shaft, hyperboloid impeller, electric cabinet (optional), Walkway Bridge (equipped by user) and so on.

2. Submersible-type hyperboloid agitator is composed by slings, cables, pedestal and sling frame, motor and speed reducer, hyperboloid impeller, electric cabinet (optional) and so on. As shown in the following figure:

Features:

1. In comparison with traditional blade-paddle mixer, MH has the feature of mixing equality, high efficiency,

low energy consumption and no dead zones.

2. Simple structure and easy for installation and maintenance.

3. Used especially for the water treatment such as mixing of waste water and chemical agents.

4. Big surface area impeller, equipped with small power, saving energy.

5. The density of the media shall not exceed 1150 kg/m³

6. The installation depth should not exceed 10m.

7. The type selection of hyperboloid mixer is related to the pond,medium parameters and installation mode.

8. According to the medium and pond form,the mixer's power and speed could be adjusted.

Service and Maintenance:

1. It is required to replace gear lubricating oil and clean up the inside oil contamination after the new motor has operated for 200 to 300 hours. You can replace them later within six months to one year.

2. Regularly check whether the stirring shaft locks nut or not, various connection bolts are loose or not.

3. Regularly check whether the current has anomalous change.

4. Make a record while doing the above checks, and contact with the Company if any abnormal situation occurs.
