Installation guide tube:

If the depth of the sewage tank is less than 6 meters, two guide tubes with appropriate lengths shall be sawed in accordance with the distances between the tank depth and the base as well as the distance between the two tapers of the fixed support, and then these two ducts shall be put into the taper and kept vertically. If the tank depth is over 6 meters, couplings shall be applied for the connection of long guide tube and short one, and be fastened with locking set screw.

Adjustment of fixed frame:

Adjust the fixed frame, detachable body and check the verticality of ducts, keeping their centers at the same horizontal plane; and then fasten all the screws of the system to make sure that the system can not make any move at the vertical and horizontal position.

Install drainage pipeline:

Connect the drainage pipe, bends, wall pipes, swing check valves and wedge gate valves etc properly, fill the void between the wall pipes and the tank wall fully with concrete.

Install water pump:

Install the chain into the ring hole of the water pump with the shackle and lift the water pump, then slip the slide into the sewage tank through the duct and stuck on the inlet flange of the detachable body. The correct working position can be automatically acquired with the dead weight of the water pump, and the sealing property of the outlet of the water pump and the water inlet of the base.
