Sewage Treatment High Pressure Roots Blower Accurate Low Oscillation
Theory:
TRS is two-stage pressure boost roots blower, it combine with two sets RSW. When the impeller of the one-stage RSW blower rotates through the suction inlet, it can gather an amount of air between the body and impeller, then the impeller go on rotating, the air will be send to the outlet to finish the first pressurize, after being cooled in the condenser, the air enter the two-stage RSW blower to finish the second pressurize from the suction inlet to outlet.

Assembly and disassembly of blower
The correct position and assembly relation of all parts of blower can be seen clearly in the 3D
artificial picture; it is not difficult for experienced technician to do general assembly and
disassembly (except drive rotor and driven rotor) of it. In case of necessary disassembly of
machine, before starting, fault position should be analyzed and judged correctly, then the 3D
artificial picture should be referred to for the sequence of disassembly →replacement of
corresponding parts → restoration. Before removing the oil tank, the oil should be discharged
before removal, and appropriate tool should be selected, such as hook wrench and screwdriver for
round nut removal. Fastening screw should be used for separating bearing seat from the body;
forceful separation by hammer beating should not be used to avoid machine damage. The
assembly and disassembly of bearing also requires appropriate auxiliary tools. The bearing steel
ring should not be hit with hammer directly. The parts or components should not be dismantled as
far as possible if not necessary. Two synchronous gears of root's blower show the strictest
assembly and adjustment difficulty and precision requirement, whose matching angle will
determine the clearance distribution between impellers; one gear of them should be pressed
tightly first, then the other gear should be adjusted against the pressed gear for reasonable
distribution of radial work clearance of two impellers, until the requirements are satisfied through
repeated debugging. Finally the other gear is pressed tightly. After that, whether the clearance
between two impellers has changed should be rechecked. If the changed clearance is found not
conforming to the specified value, it should be readjusted until reaching the specified value. The
axial clearance of impeller is guaranteed by processing precision and installation precision of
relevant parts. If the user is not confident about the technology for debugging of this part,
back-to-factory debugging is recommended. For overhauled machine, no-load running test should
be carried out, and it should not be put into normal operation until the requirement is met.
