Type Description:

Structure and function:

The parts designed for the submersible mixer can allow the mixer to obtain optimum performance.

Note: MA0.85/8 ,MA1.5/6,MA0.85/8 and MA1.5/6 mixer don’t have thermo-switches and leakage protectors.

  1. Electrical cable inlet:Use watertight cable at the cable inlet.
  2. Junction box:The junction box is entirely enclosed and separated from the environmental liquid and the stator bore.
  3. Electrical motor: The motor of the submersible mixer is a three phase squirrel cage asynchronous machine, with protection degree of IP68, and insulation degree of F(155). Continuous service of the submersible motor is allowed, and it cannot be started up over 10 times in an hour.
  4. Construction (there is a little difference between different types)
  5. Monitoring device: Stator has two thermo-switches connected in series, which are shut off automatically at 135.
  6. Control system (optional accessory): Electric-control box have the function of mixer self-protection and overheat,leakage protection.
